Need help with your gopup account, challenges, coins or rewards? Email hello@gopup.app.

Please include your username, app version, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots can help, but remove any personal details you do not want to share. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Signing in

Use the email address or username associated with your account. If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.

Challenges, coins and rewards

Include the challenge or reward name, the club or provider, and an order reference if applicable. Do not send a redeemable QR code unless support asks for it privately.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent. If you cannot access your account, email us for help.
