What kind of challenges can I expect?
Anything from playing a friendly match or joining a P250 tournament, to following a volley masterclass or even helping clean the courts at your local club. Challenges come from PUP, your club, and partner coaches.
What rewards can I earn as a player?
Real-world gear, apparel and accessories in the PUP Store, plus on-site perks at participating clubs — a free drink, a clinic, court time. New rewards are added regularly.
How are my skill points calculated?
Your skill level is synced from your Playtomic account and other connected platforms. The more you play, the more accurate your PUP Card becomes.
I run a padel club. How does PUP work for us?
You publish challenges in minutes — no development work or SDK needed. PUP connects to Playtomic for auto-verification, so you can drive traffic, retention and on-site spend without any IT lift. Founding-club slots are limited.
Does PUP also work with other sports besides padel?
For now PUP focuses entirely on padel. The same engagement infrastructure could power other community-driven sports later — but padel comes first.
